In partnership with Concept HOPE, cat shelters will be built for distribution to feral cat colonies. Dinner will be provided.

Day six of LoveBurton Week will focus on cleaning out drains in our neighborhood and throughout the city. Taking 5 minutes to clear the debris will help improve drainage. It's simple!

This activity is inspired by the great work of the Flint River Watershed Coalition.

No need to sign up. Just clean out a nearby drain (or two!)

6:00 PM | Assemble flower pots at Solid Rock Community Church
8:00 PM | Go Home

Volunteers will fill decorated flower pots with beautiful flowers. The flower pots will be shared with seniors at Hampton Manor Senior Living, Lockwood of Burton and Burton Place. Dinner will be provided.

9:00 AM | Deliver flower pots to senior living centers
11:00 AM | Plant flowers at the Burton Memorial Library
3:00 PM | Distribute flats of flowers at Solid Rock Community Church

9:00 AM: All the flower pots assembled on Friday will be delivered on Saturday morning to our friends at Hampton Manor Senior Center, Lockwood of Burton and Burton Place.

11:00 AM: We will partner with Friends of the Burton Library to plant flowers at our library. Flowers provided by Keep Genesee County Beautiful.

3:00 PM: Over 100 flats of flowers will be shared with Burton residents in the afternoon. Come out and help!
